Our Story

Eleven years in the making

Our story began in Bourges, eleven years ago. The first two years were long-distance — late trains between Paris and Bourges, then Lyon, waiting for weekends to come round. Eventually one of us moved, and the other followed. Lyon first, then London. Four happy years in Angel, and this year, out to Sevenoaks — chasing a little more sky.

Somewhere across those cities, the feeling became unmistakable. Last July, as the sun dropped over Watergate Bay in Cornwall, Guillaume asked Margaux to turn around for a photo — and got down on one knee instead. She said yes.

Now, surrounded by the people we love most, we can't wait to do it all over again — this time as husband and wife.
